I live in Brooklyn, New York. My friends call me Yates. I am an Independent Contractor who sells homes as well as incorporate my Nexx organization with the home buying industry. As you will read I use the word freedom a lot, that is IMPORTANT!

I enjoy many things, but at the top of my list: traveling, reading and managing my businesses as well as spending time with family are key!

Goals and ambitions are to help people create their own business with financial freedom which will allow them more money and time with friends/family.

I've been fortunate to accomplish many things in my life. But my biggest accomplishment is leaving a 9-5 job to start my own business to create financial and personal freedom.

I'm having the time of my life right now by living my dream of owning my own business. It has given me the opportunity to make my own decisions as well as freedom toward my financial goals.
